I upgraded to this from a Coronado P.S.T. and I am extremely happy with it. With the P.S.T., you needed to double-stack it to get any detail at all and there was always a lack of uniformity due to the tuning mechanism but this telescope provides breath-taking, detailed views right out of the box. You don’t even need to double-stack it. It really is that good!

I had. a PST for 10 years and loved it, and then I got a 60mm Lunt and it is vastly better than the 40mm PST. Image is so much bigger, brighter and better ! Absolutely worth upgrading to this size. Single stack is wonderful too. I enjoy this scope every sunny day

Excellent upgrade from my Coronado 70. Pressure tuning sidesteps all of the uneven tuning issues found with tilting etalons and my full disc images are now free of gradients
