Cancelling an order

Orders cannot be cancelled from your account. To cancel, contact us directly by email at sales@luntsolarsystems.com or by telephone during business hours, quoting your order number. Cancellation takes effect only once we have confirmed it to you in writing.

We will always try to stop an order before it ships. Once an order has been handed to the carrier it can no longer be cancelled, and our Returns Policy applies instead.

Cancellation fee

If your payment has already been processed, a cancellation fee of 3% of the order value, with a minimum of $25, applies. This covers payment processing costs that are not returned to us when a refund is issued.

No cancellation fee applies if:

• Your payment has been authorized but not yet charged.

• We cancel the order, or cannot supply the item.

• You are an EU or UK consumer exercising your statutory right to cancel within 14 days.

Custom, made to order and special order items cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has begun. This is confirmed to you at the time of order.

How refunds are issued

• Refunds are made to the original payment method only.

• We process refunds within three business days of confirming your cancellation.

• Your bank or card issuer may take a further five to ten business days to show the funds.

• Where an order has already shipped, outbound shipping charges are not refundable.

EU and UK customers

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory right to cancel within fourteen days. Where that right applies, no cancellation fee is charged and your refund is issued within fourteen days. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
